Where: Senior and Disabilities Services Office: 550 West 8th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501

What: Join the ADRC and 211 staff for training and discussion regarding Information and Referral. Topics include: Intro to ADRC and AK 211, Overview of 211 resource database, What is AIRS and I&R Ethics, Emergency Response, Serving Special Populations; chronic callers and mental health, military, and Compassion Fatigue. Testing for the AIRS certification will be held for those pre-registared.
