SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Provides four public land information centers throughout Alaska. Maintains national parks in the State of Alaska and provides information on seasonal permits for park and cabin use. Assists in revitalizing local communities, preserving local history, celebrating local heritage and creating close-to-home opportunities for kids and families to explore the outdoors. Also provides wilderness park permits.

FEES:Fee for service for park permits.

PAYMENT TYPE ACCEPTED:Private pay or park permits.

INTAKE:Call, walk in or go online for park location information.

ELIGIBILITY:No restrictions.

SITE HOURS:Memorial Day to Last week-end after Labor Day: Sat-Sun 9am-5pm.
Winter Hours: Tues-Fri 10am-5pm.
