Partner with Alaska 211
Alaska 211 is committed to ensuring vital resources support for all Alaskans. The strength and diversity of our community partnerships is key to this work
PARTNER HIGHLIGHT
United Way of Anchorage / Alaska 211 is excited to partner with the State of Alaska Department of Education and Early Development (DEED) and the 54 school districts across the state to expand outreach to students who are experiencing homelessness. The 211 call center helps to identify those students experiencing homelessness and connects their families directly with their school district’s Homeless Student Liaison. Our 211 community resource specialists also offer guidance and provide information and connections to resources and services that address the callers’ stated inquiries and any other needs that arise during our screenings.
